Resumo:
School planning has always been seen as bureaucratic, boring and uninteresting activity and even with changes in the educational system, such as new public policies, training courses, etc. Currently, the challenge it poses today lies in the possibility of planning by addressing some theoretical-practical issues that enable the convergence between thinking and acting, opening perspectives for a new relationship between knowledge. What we intend with the study of this theme, is to conceive it not only as an instrument to support pedagogical practice. But as a decision-making process, it urgently needs to be thought of in a socialized perspective taking into account the many problems that involve the school. In this direction, we promote meetings with teachers and students, in order to review some aspects of planning associated with their classroom practices. We also understand, what study was able to contribute with these professionals, both in the discussion of the themes related to planning, as in the elaboration of their daily plans.
