Abstract:
School planning is an activity that assumes knowledge of the dynamics of the teaching-learning process and the external conditions that determine its effectiveness. Bearing in mind that, in most schools, the action of planning has been reduced to simple administrative bureaucracies such as filling out forms and copies of previous plans, the need arose to research teaching planning from another perspective, still little explored in schools- the construction of dialogical planning. This perspective starts from the principle of collective participation in the construction of planning, valuing the awareness of cooperation and intentionality regarding school objectives. Planning, in this perspective, is a way to overcome its previous conceptions, aiming at the transformation of society through the active participation of critical citizens. The contribution of this work does not refer to the reflection developed on the difficulties in the act of planning encountered by the teachers of the Adauto Ferreira Elementary School in the public school system in the municipality of Santa Cruz-Paraíba, difficulties reported by the teachers themselves through informal conversations. With this study I want to contribute to the teaching-learning process of the school, providing theoretical support that enabled the reflection of teachers on the act of planning, through some meetings held with teachers.
