Resumo:
The objective of this work was to analyze the process of training the cooperative members associated with the Cooperativa Agropecuaria Cacho de Ouro - COOPERCACHO through courses and lectures offered by it and its knowledge about the Solidarity Economy. In order to support the research, a bibliographical survey was made from books, articles, and monographs, among other sources that addressed the themes: Youth and Adult Education (EJA), Solidary Economy and Cooperatives, which served as theoretical basis for the elaboration of the work. The information used for the analyzes was obtained through visits to the headquarters of the cooperative and the properties of the members of the cooperative, a training meeting on Solidarity Economy, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. From the analysis of the information, it was possible to verify that these courses and lectures contributed significantly in the formation of the cooperative and in the development of their enterprises, although there are many challenges and difficulties to be overcome. In relation to the knowledge that the members have about ES, it was visible that some have knowledge on this subject, but superficially, others present a more elaborate knowledge, although this theme is not so approached among them, as was observed in the course of the research.
