Resumo:
The present analysis aimed to develop a discussion around the problems and resistance that involve the various questions to homo-affectivity at Escola Cidadã Integral, located in the City of Remígio-PB, seeking to point out the way in which power relations and their setbacks are reproduced in the school environment , based on a discourse covered by an apparent acceptance of differences, but which only cover up prejudice and intolerance towards students' sexual orientation. To do so, we used assumptions and notes derived mainly from the intellectual premises of Michel Foucault and Max Weber. From the first, we highlight the history of sexuality and the mechanisms of body control, both originating or consolidated in modern Western societies; in relation to Weber, we used the comprehensive method used by the author, seeking to establish a methodological triad (motive, action and meaning), in order to establish the reasons and meanings used in school actions: students, teachers and administration. Thus, considering the notes of these authors (among others), we analyzed the way in which heteronormative discursive devices were (and are) built and implemented through the school institution, which legitimizes speeches, actions and reactions about sexualities exposed or imposed there. In fact, we conclude that in the current Brazilian situation, especially in Paraiba, few advances have been observed, even with the reinsertion of humanistic disciplines or that have tools for a minimum or in-depth analysis, especially when discussing about religion and gay world.
