This work deals with the playfulness in mathematics, in this way, it is intended, in general, to present the result of a research on the conception of students regarding the mathematics taught and learned in the classroom. The view of students in relation to mathematics conveyed in the classroom, brings important contributions to the understanding of how the subject in question is being worked on by teachers and conceived by students in the current reality of the school context. The central proposal is to think about how playfulness in mathematics takes place in a way that contributes to the effective learning of students who may have difficulty in this curricular component. This is a qualitative research that uses observation and interview as a source of data collection; in addition to documentary sources such as the field diary and the class piano notebook. The supervised teaching internship was also carried out, which contributed to the learning of professionalization, as well as its strengthening. The conclusion reached with this research is "that most
of students like mathematics, believe that it can be used in people's daily lives and has a strong relationship with the daily activities of life. On the other hand, other students feel aversion to the subject and do not enjoy studying it. This issue can be resolved with the association of mathematics and play in a way that students appreciate to learn the contents of this area of study.
