Abstract:
Duetotheinformationand communication technologies as a productofthetechnologicaladvances, humanrelationsalsostartedtobe build in a virtual space, wheretheexchangeofinformationandtheinteractionhasbeenfacilitaded, theso- calledinformationsocietyconnectspeopleonewiththeothersatsuchspeedandit'sreachisw orldwide, beingassuredalltherights, dutiesandguarantees as if it were build in a physicalspace. Therefore, thefreedomof speech in it'svariousforms, fundamental tothepreservationoftheprinciplesofthehumandignity, it gainsone more space for it'sfreemanifestation, as anonymityandthe digital environment are forbidden. The objectiveofthisworkistoanalyzethemitigationoffreedomof speech when it givesmanifestationofthought in digital culture, giventhereachofinformations in thecyberneticspaceandothers fundamental rightssuch as honor, imageandprivatelifewhenthey are in conflict.
