Resumo:
The criminal transaction is a measure created by law 9.099 / 95, with the intention of reducing the criminal criminal system. The present work sought to analyze in principle the penalty, in itself, its concept, its main characteristics, the theories and purposes of the same, making a more detailed analysis on the main principles applied to it. An attempt was also made to make an analysis of how the penalty is being applied in the context of the Brazilian criminal execution currently. The study in question sought to analyze also the special criminal courts, showing its main introductory aspects, the principles adopted by law 9.099 / 95, and also a study of how criminal prosecution takes place in special criminal courts. Finally, it was tried to list and analyze in more detail the institute of the criminal transaction, showing its concept, characteristics, the necessary procedure for its concession and finally making a brief analysis of the institute of the criminal transaction as a decriminalizing measure.
