Resumo:
The present research contextualizes the need for elucidation about the gender cut in the study of crime, justifying the theme based on data from INFOPEN- Women (2018), in which Brazil has 42,355,000 women imprisoned, ranking fourth in the world ranking of incarcerated women. Thus, from a study made through the method of evolutionary historical procedure, it is possible to evidence the entire criminological process stigmatized by women, from criminological schools to the approaches of critical criminology. The discourse of female victimization will be used to understand how the identification of female criminality is currently established, and through the hypothetical deductive method, will carry out the evaluation of government data and research already done to work on a criminological approach differentiated from the patriarchal model conventional. And from the research methods that will be applied, satisfactory results will be obtained, inasmuch as there is an incongruence of current criminological information with the victimized criminological models, in which it is necessary to break with the female stereotype, occurrence of black ciphers as a cause of non-identification of female crimes, and it is observed that this stigmatization only favors increased crime, while in the occurrence of black figures, the government stops tabulating the data and consequently fails to draw public policies for the prevention and response to crimes committed by women, and also evaluates several government data with criminological theories and demonstrating the state inertia confirmation corroborating the stigma through the State itself.
