Abstract:
This research work entitled: The Experience of the School Center of Integrated
Special Education Geny Ferreira with to the Inclusive Education: with emphasis in
the educational performance, it has as objective identifies the inclusion process in the
historical context and the legal aspects that you/they assure the inclusive education,
to know the importance of the teachers' initial and continuous formation in the
inclusive optics, finally to know the conceptions teacher concerning the inclusion of
deficient in their classrooms in the city of Sousa-PB. In what it refers to the
Methodology, it is of qualitative nature and it follows beginnings of the case study.
For the collection of data I used the observation and interview with two teachers of
the "adaptation" room and of the second year of the Fundamental Teaching of the
Center of Integrated Special Education Geny Ferreira, in the city of Sousa - PB. In
relation to the results, the investigation revealed that the teachers participate in
training courses, but if they don't totally sit down qualified to work with so many
diversities. Because the own institution and the public politics of inclusion don't offer
appropriate support the these concerning physical structure of the school and also
with respect to interdisciplinary professionals' recruiting to help in the development
cognitive motor of those involved. Even so, the institution overcomes the inclusion
expectations in the area, possessing credibility, acceptance and the local population
has hope in the enlargement of the inclusive education in Sousa, in spite of nor all of
the teachers of the referred school hug that cause.
