Breast cancer has been a disease that affects a good part of the population, new cases are discovered every day and most of the time they are in an advanced stage. It affects women by modifying their personal, family and social lives and may cause low self-esteem and consequently depression, in addition to the feeling of pain and fear. A couple's relationship can be completely affected when the woman discovers she has the disease and in many cases the couple's sexuality can change. With this, the present study aims to know the opinion of men on the sexuality of the couple if the woman were affected by breast cancer and would undergo mastectomy. From there, a quantitative-qualitative research was carried out with 20 male people. , over twenty years old, married and attending university. The instrument used for data collection was the semi-structured interview. It was observed that many men do not have the proper knowledge about the disease, and that most of them would support their women in the best possible way so that she would have an improvement in their Cheers. The couple's sexuality would not end, there would be difficulties in the period immediately after the mastectomy but in time everything would return to normal.
