Resumo:
This short, bus not futile, scientific research will organizedly try to demonstrate the possibility
to be paid a company compensation for moral damage to its objective honor. Trough legalexegetic
methods, using codes, doctrine and some papers concerning this legal institute, it is
aimed to base and to emphasize the requirement for urgent solution to this conflict on the
possibility to be paid a company compensation for moral damage. Thus, this scientific paper
aims to develop an elucidative approach about the main aspects of the possibility to be paid a
company compensation for moral damage, considering that a company has in its essence an
objective honor. There fore, we haw in the four chapters a detailed study about legal
responsibility, its concepts and evolutions in the first chapter. In the next one, we are
concerned, about relating the historic evolution of this institute from remote times to our days.
In the third chapter, we discuss the legal company theory in its particularities and general
aspects. In the last chapter, we try to solve the problem of this investigation discussing the
possibility to be paid a company compensation for moral damage to its objective honor. At
last, we conclude there is favorable jurisprudence considering this possibility.
