Resumen:
This work presents a study prepared based on documents of coordinating the of course of graduation in Licenciatura em Fisica in Centro de Educagao e Saude of the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande conducted from February to November 2014. These documents include the records and academic historicals the classes who entered the course between the years 2006 and 2014. The analysis of these documents, we will carry out a simple statistic to reveal the number of students, both male and female, their origins and age, and especially the academic standing of each class. We aim to present a simple dynamic view in the course of this student group from its academic standing, to show what happened to these students, whether they are active or inactive, without us detain the reasons given for student to evade. When we compare our results with other institutions of higher education, we see that the figures for undergraduates and graduates, both male, and female, are similar. Only 12% of the student group get complete the course. There is also a given in our course of Licenciatura em Fisica on the number of entrants male and female that stands out, though, seen a growing female presence is still little the number of women who enter and manage to finish course.
