Abstract

This work aims to promote discussion about the dissolution of unions between persons of the same sex (homoafetivas) under the bias of the effects heritage resulting. Moreover, there analyzes the evolution of the concepts of family, exactly when it argues that with the constant progress of social values and the current reality of the family, when it provides that embraces its base in new ways of formation of the entities relatives. People homosexuals have therefore the prism of protecting human dignity and equality constitutional, the same rights and duties before the same society, thereby enabling it to be relegated legal effects similar to unions between men and women.
