Resumo:
After the experience I had during the supervised internship, where I had the opportunity to highlight issues raised by me at the beginning of this work, I conclude the following: a) The educational process in the city of Baixio developed up to 1992 (YESTERDAY) took place in a very foreign way, that is, inconsistent with the reality of the community. It even goes so far as to point out that there is no pedagogical relationship at school. There was not the most elementary, who was a Secretary of Education and, even with his Creation by Law 196/91 of October 14, 1991 the situation did not change, since there was no appointment of a Secretary to assume this position, that is, Education in the city of Baixio has been maintained since the creation of the OME, occurring in an unsatisfactory way, on the one hand, a traditional and conservative educational practice was found subjecting man to predetermined values and norms, on the other the lack of engagement not only by the student, but also by his family and the community. It is worth mentioning that it was not only the inexistence of a Secretariat that did not make Baixio Education a quality education, consistent with the reality of all, but rather the lack of awareness of all, especially the "educators", in the sense of strive for better teaching; of the community in order to demand from the Public Administrators, their rights and lack of awareness and political will from the administrators, because in order to have a quality education and much political will is needed by the administrators. b) The educational process in the city of Baixio developed since the beginning of 1993 (TODAY), has been taking place in a more committed and participatory way, which allows us to affirm that if there is participation, there is a concern with the quality of teaching; in training teachers: extinguish multi-series; engaging the community, school, etc. Education in Baixio, today, is better because the position of the Secretariat and the Mayor are consistent with reality. However, in order to reach a quality educational process, it takes a lot of willpower and commitment on the part of everyone who does the Municipal Education, as it is not only the Mayor and the
Secretariat will depend on the success of this process. The whole community has its share of commitment to be fulfilled. Therefore, it is necessary that the Mayor has the political will to improve the quality of education, that the Secretariat is participatory and committed
with the cause, that teachers really try to assume their responsibility, that students try to participate more intensively in the teaching-learning process, in short, that there is a greater exchange between Secretariat X School X Community, which
for that it needs to trigger an awareness process, which, as far as I could see, this is one of the projects that is already under development in the municipality. Anyway, from this observation I suggest to improve Education in the city of Baixio
