Résumé:
The soil consists essentially of mineral matter, organic matter, water and air. It is therefore considered as a three-phase system, it is divided into three fractions: solid fraction (mineral matter associated with organic matter), liquid fraction (water) and gas fraction (air). The proportions of organic matter and mineral matter may vary depending on the nature of the soils. However, whether these are heavy or light ash or organic matter soils contain varying proportions of water with dissolved substances (soil solution) and air (atmosphere ground). The soil organic matter consists of the remains of plants and other organisms, in more or less advanced state of decomposition (mainly due to the activities of microorganisms), including substances in the colloidal state. A soil analysis, in a broader sense, it can be understood as a set of physical and chemical procedures designed to evaluate the characteristics and properties of the soil by analysis of a representative sample of the same. In a narrower sense, the analysis consists of soil chemical analysis in order to assess their fertility. Our study area is located in the Region of Curimatau Paraibano. Recently one of the problems found on this site and soil contamination caused by Slaughterhouse City Public cuite, it is the identification of by-products such as blood, guts and leftover carcasses thereby generate enough odors coming from leftover carcasses discarded in outdoor area Slaughterhouse and dumped without any influential treatment. Os objectives of this study is to evaluate the physical and chemical properties of the soil in the disposal of waste. In the experimental procedure, soil samples were analyzed at three different points: being at the exact location where the waste is disposed and indeed released in a few moments the slaughtering of animals soon after will also be collected at two points at a distance of approximately 50 I finally a distance greater than 200 m, at each point will be collected in triplicate. In agreement with the results of the soil has a lot of grit, media typical soil of the northeast, as well as a high amount of organic matter and pH and acidity quite significant, these results only confirms the large amount of waste that are posted daily on this site. More end was created by a central waste treatment in which all wastes are passed through the shaped central filter is disposed so xii only the water along with the excess brine. And it was found in all analyzes no environmental impact on the soil Keyword: Soil analysis, Slaughterhouse, Organic Matter, Particle Size Analysis, exchangeable acidity.
