Abstract:
This monograph presents a new system that is already transforming the conception
of the judiciary in the past, bringing up a multitude of advantages not only for
operators in the law, but mainly the whole population through an adjudication simpler
and faster, the namely: the computerization of the procedural acts. Law is a dynamic
science, and shall therefore evolve with the times in providing the community that
wishes to regulate the conduct, diligence and efficiency in adjudication. Thus, the
process could not fail to follow the technological evolution in recent times, but always
respecting the constitutional guarantees. Thus, by automating the communication of
procedural acts occur in sufficient time, citations, subpoenas, notices and other
traditional procedures will be replaced by the computerized system. Thus, gradually
the computerized procedure system is being implemented in various courts
throughout the country, with special attention to successful computerization of the
Labour Court, a pioneer in adopting electronic systems. The Judiciary Labor uses all
the technological potential available to promote the efficiency of adjudication,
ensuring flexibility in resolving disputes, restoring the credibility of justice, and
especially benefiting society. Finally, it is important to note that the electronic process
will not cause any prejudice to the parties, the authenticity and safety of procedural
acts, and likewise, will ensure the preservation of constitutional guarantees and rights
of the individual.
