As the globalizacao makes herself every place present, when interfering in the relationships: personal, state, juridical, etc. , it is the causadora of the changes of behavior and of the world politics. Amid the conflict between sovereignty and globalizagao, the present work search to demonstrate through the beginnings and sources of the International Right, as inclination pacifier among the nations, the promotion of the order and of the world peace. With relationship to the methodology, the deductive method was used, that is a modality of logical reasoning, that he/she makes use of the deduction to obtain a conclusion regarding certain premise, as well as the historical-evolutionary method was used to analyze the evolution of the globalizagao in the last centuries. Still, it was been worth as of the research technique, the indirect documentation through the documental research (laws, jurisprudence, acordaos, entrances) and the bibliographical research (doctrines, goods and other means of information). However, the International Right truly presents the pacification to the existent conflict, provinda of the state sovereignty and of the progress of the globalizagao. He/she gave way, the foundations and the sources of the International Right constitute not only in a parameter, but also, judge and executioner of sentences, in the attainment of the general well-being, and not just in the particularity of a nation. Therefore, the observance to the sources of the International Right brings firmness to the decisions and serenity to the conflicts, being redundant in the exaurimento of the you work international.
