Abstract:
This document aims to develop an integrated work with the intention of carrying out theoretical and practical activities during the Supervised Internship in School Supervision, developed at the 1st Grade State School Joaquim Victor Jurema, with the objective of improving students' performance in terms of reading and written in the initial series. It has as its fundamental basis a philosophy worthy of paramount importance, in the educational process trying to perform better in the field of education based on socio-economic and cultural reality, seeing students with all their limitations and potential, making them respected people.
