Abstract

Being a supervisor labeled "Teacher Activities Inspector", and with little knowledge of the problems faced by the teacher and student in the classroom, it becomes increasingly difficult to achieve his true identity. Thinking about examining in detail the clientele and the problem they faced, in conquering the real meaning of the work of a supervisor-educator, where he came to accompany the systematic work of the faculty and worked on the political aspect of education, which he felt the need for the elaboration and execution of a new work proposal during the internship period, based on two essential points: the theoretical foundation and in-service training and with that the difficulties experienced by the school became known in parts.
