Resumo:
Education throughout its trajectory has suffered political-economic-ideological influences, centralizing educational decisions in the hands of a few, in order to satisfy such interests it has for a long time developed a practice focused on technical aspects - bureaucratic in which control was the main strategy ensured thus reproductive role of Brazilian society. Therefore, it is easy to understand why Supervision at the local level has also followed the path of reproducing the system. We can confirm this statement through the monographs produced by the concluding students of periods 92.1 and 93.1 of UFCG - V - Cajazeiras / PB, where they demonstrate that the interviewed supervisors declare to exercise multiple functions, with the work of Supervision having a supervisory character. The aforementioned research carried out with the Supervisors working in the 9th and 10th Teaching Regions of Paraíba and in the Municipal Secretariats of Education and Sousa and Cajazeiras, configured the supervisory action and indicated points that can be the object of an intervention plan in the collective search to overcome some problems that affect education and that can be addressed by the Supervisor. Among several points that exist in everyday practice, that of Supervision, the way the Curriculum is worked out and in full and Teaching Planning within schools is highlighted.
