Résumé:
What takes the people to prefer her/it for the no-matrimonial relationship it is the
absence of the solemnities, what provokes the sensation to live together of not
feeling commitment, because seemingly there is so much in the stable union an
easiness in his/her constitution as in his/her dissolution, since in this no there are the
need of justifications or lawsuit. The present study analyzed the juridical and
patrimonial effects of the stable union for the need of demonstrating that in spite of
the institute of the stable union and of the marriage they be not same, when being
considered the patrimonial sphere of the stable union it is noticed that this is similar
to the marriage, due to the application of the regime of the partial communion of
goods imposed by the article 1.725 of the Civil Code of 2002.
