This work represents an attempt to deepen our knowledge about Curriculum Planning. In this way, we will deepen a bibliographic study about curriculum and planning aiming, in addition to expanding our knowledge, try to set up a proposal for pedagogical action to be discussed with the supervisors who work in the Municipal Departments of Education of Sousa and Cajazeiras. Our interest in the subject arose from the result of a survey conducted by graduating students of the Pedagogy Course - School Supervision of the period 93.1. The aforementioned research configured the Supervisory Action and indicated points that can be the object of an intervention plan in the collective search to overcome some problems that can be worked on by the supervisors. It is known that curricular planning is the one that best guarantees the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process in the school environment, however, in our public schools, the lack of planning and of a curricular proposal that fits the current reality, has caused several failures , among them, the inefficiency of the educational process. In this sense, we as future superiors, concerned with the problems that affect education, wish to carry out this study, which can be done by the supervisor. The Educational Supervisor needs to assume its role as a promoter of changes and innovations that make it possible to improve the quality of teaching and the greater efficiency of the school as a whole. It is understood that this study will be very relevant for providing us with a greater theoretical foundation on the subject and for contributing to the work of Supervision.
