Planejamento curricular: uma proposta de estudo com os Supervisores Educacionais das cidades de Sousa e Cajazeiras.

Abstract

The subject under consideration is “Curricular Planning: A study proposal with the Educational Supervisors of the cities of Sousa and Cajazeiras”. This theme arose from the need that the supervisor has for a theoretical deepening and to implement new methodological knowledge in face of the reality in which the supervisors of the Teaching Regions are located, cities of Cajazeiras and Sousa, respectively, 9th and 10th Teaching Regions. The aforementioned research, configured the supervisory action and indicated points that can be the object of an intervention plan in the joint search to overcome some of the numerous problems that have been affecting education and that can be addressed by the school supervisor. The political and pedagogical dimension of the supervisor allowed him to rethink his practice through an awareness of politics and the organization of the category through associations and meetings.
