Resumo:
The proposed theme refers to the need of foods in the period of gestation with the
purpose of to preserve the pregnant health and to assure the right to the life of the
fetus. Such value passes to be known foods for pregnant and it should be checked
the pregnant women through an alimentary obligation established the assumption
father, that will have to contribute proportionally with the expenses originating from of
the gestation period. The attitude of the Brazilian legislators with the elaboration of
this law was the one of safeguarding the glorious beginning of the human person's
dignity, in the which has the main defense element, the right the life. The scientific
research will take as base the constitutional and moral precepts of the society in what
concerns to the foods and the right of possessing them, as well as in the right to the
life and the need to protect her/it from his/her beginning. It will be composed by three
chapters and, finally, to present to the academic and social middle the new protection
reality to the rights of the embryo as form of to assure and to give effectiveness to the
beginning of the human dignity and of materialization of the right the life, through the
foods for pregnant. It is imperative that that juridical norm, be welcomed by the
society, because each small one to be that is born changes one more component of
the same, needing respect, attention and protection to have a worthy and fair life.
