Abstract:
This document aims to develop a study on curriculum planning, with the aim of putting together a work proposal to be carried out with the supervisors who work in the 9th and 10th Teaching Regions of the cities of Cajazeiras and Sousa. It is intended in some way that this work contributes to the advancement of knowledge, in the area of supervision in relation to curriculum and planning. Bearing in mind that, previous classes when conducting a survey with the supervisors in the mentioned cities, they found that, of the existing problems, the one that most affects these professionals is the issue of the elaboration of the curricular planning. We chose this subject for the object of study. Curricular planning: a study proposal with the Educational Supervisors of the cities of Sousa and Cajazeiras. The curriculum in Brazil, originated in the twenties in Bahia, Minas Gerais and the Federal District, was inspired by the American model guided by technicality to promote training geared to the interests of the current system. In order to carry out the assembly of a curriculum, it is necessary to plan. Planning is understood as a process of rationalizing the organization and coordination of teaching action, articulating school activity and the problems of the social context.
