Resumo:
In view of the difficulties of the Supervisor's work, presented by the research of the concluding class period 93.1, considering the curriculum as the vital basis of all work and that planning helps to achieve efficiency through collective practice, we present this proposal on curriculum planning. This proposal aims to support supervisors with regard to the preparation of curriculum planning. Therefore, a deep analysis of how the planning of the Sousa and Cajazeiras schools has been carried out is necessary. This work will also serve to subsidize our practice as supervisory professionals, as well as when teaching supervisors in their daily practice. Our proposal is justified by the need for the public school to assume the student's schooling with the participation of making a truly popular school, avoiding the formation of the alienated and committing itself to the process of awakening the conscience and knowledge that enables man to ability to be the subject of its history that can intervene in reality. Such justification consists in the need to belong, to be fulfilled, to free themselves from their insecurities and the need to understand and respect to form citizens (practically) politically aware of their attributions, developing their capacity to criticize the injustices and social inequalities that exist in society. our society.
