Resumen:
The contemporary public administrations as well as the toilets have as main
challenge, to implement public politics and plannings for the development of the
society in a maintainable way, in other words, to use new technologies for the service
of the needs of the society, ally to the beginnings of the public administration,
considering as main focus the environment and the socioeconomic development,
observing the available natural resources to make possible better use of these
without degrading the environment. The method used for the accomplishment of this
work was the deductive, that it can be understood as need of putting in the center of
the discussion between public administration and the development, the participation
of the collectivity, tends in view to be the beneficiary of the development, being taken
into account the full respect to the human rights and individual freedoms and their
duties to the community. Besides a conjugation of forces of the collectivity is
demanded and of the public administration to make possible the accomplishment of
the development and of the environmental resources with sustainability. The issue
revolves around the possibility of economic and social deployment of alternative
energy sources nationwide. But that possibility exists, therefore, with financial
assistance from international agencies, developed countries and their technologies,
legislation, education and encouragement of research, the aspirations for sustainable
economic development can be achieved.
