Résumé:
Solid waste is one of the biggest problems that current society faces, due to. lack, of final
destination for them, and thus being erroneously discarded and causing damage to my
environment and the population of this place. Solid waste is everything we dispose of,
which can not be recycled or reused. Even knowing the problems generated are not taken
measures that solve the problem, for lack of funds of political, public interest and society
that accommodates to such decisions, which can be changed in order to benefit the whole
community. Dumps become the most conducive means for final disposal of waste, as it
does not have environmental licensing and can exist anywhere, causing risks. The most
coherent and correct method is landfills, but due to its high cost for implantation and
monitoring it is not possible to install in small municipalities, with this it is necessary to
join the neighboring municipalities to an intermunicipal solid waste consortium that Irar
benefit to all, in relation to the financial cost the preservation of the environment without
causing damages, nor to pollute the soil, air and water, thus improving the quality of life
of these municipalities. Among the municipalities investigated, it is possible to note the
lack of information, interest and methods to achieve an adequate end to the waste
generated by each consortium municipality
