Planejamento curricular: uma proposta de estudo com os Supervisores Educacionais das cidades de Sousa e Cajazeiras.

Abstract

This monograph aims to guide the supervisors of the cities of Sousa and Cajazeiras in their educational work with the concern of forming citizens politically aware of their duties, discovering what type of society and man one wants to form and what type of educational action is necessary to that. The subject under study is pertinent because, as a result of the research carried out by the graduating students of the pedagogy course, periods 92.1 and 93.1, together with supervisors working in the municipal departments of education of Sousa and Cajazeiras and 9th teaching regions of the same cities, it was Several problems were detected, among them the way in which curriculum and planning is worked within schools. In fact, school planning has hardly changed in its three decades of existence in Brazil, as the same authoritarian and manipulative characteristics remain. We know that the curriculum is the vital basis of all school work, and that planning contributes to improvement through collective practice. This is the starting point of the proposed pedagogical action. This proposal is intended to become an intervention piano in the reality of the cities from which the research originated, as well as serving as a basis for curriculum and planning work in any other location.
