Abstract:
Learn how third party intervention occurs in the process is a prerequisite for
understanding the doctrine concerning this intervention. Thus, to understand speech
by the act of participating in the action, even without being part of the cause, the
purpose of assisting or delete the litigants, whose aim is to defend himself any right
or interest that could be harmed by the effects of the sentence. Although it should be
limited to res judicata should be confined only to the parties, not rare, its effects
expand to reach the third parties that are, in one form or another, connected to the
parties. In this sense, this monograph aims to do a study regarding the intervention of
third parties in class actions, describing their characteristics, how they classify and as
is seen in the law of civil procedure. For if it were possible, it was adopted as a
methodology to review the literature by reading books and texts by authors to enable
subject matter experts and reliable information necessary for it to be based on this
information to present a final position.
