Abstract

It was based on integration and experience that we carried out our internship, developing observation activities in the classroom, participation as a teacher and acting as a school supervisor, aiming at complementing school and community and improving the teaching-learning process. The observation phase took place through notes and analysis of everything that was seen in the classroom, while the participation phase as a teacher took place in the middle of conversations, pedagogical meetings, study and debates. We propose that teachers demand a lot of reading from students, that different activities be given to literate and non-literate students and, if possible, these groups be divided into two classes to improve learning, facilitating teacher performance.
