Resumo:
Innovation has been a competitive differential for companies that seek market gain. The economic scenario made creativity take on a very important role in the innovation process. Stylish companies
innovators have been able to achieve better quotes, and better market positions. Organizations that intend to innovate need
appropriate strategy and for this, they try to adapt to the changes of the current scenario. This work aims to evaluate the innovation management through the product line in Natura and Whirlpool, related to the authors' view of the
subject matter. With a focus on Qualitative research, this work adopts the study method case study, in two companies operating in the Brazilian market. With research carried out about Whirlpool and Natura, exemplify the results obtained by
innovation management companies, which are a well-designed, planned model,
executed, mainly with results that change people's lives.
