Abstract:
Issues related to gender in interpersonal relationships in work organizations are considered controversial when approached by the male and female binarity. The general objective of this research is to know the experiences of people who flee from the binarity of men and women
in sexual orientation and gender identity in the context of the interpersonal relations of work
with individuals and groups in private and public organizations based in the Municipality of Sousa-PB. The methodology was determined in exploratory, descriptive and qualitative
research and oral history was the main technique adopted in the data collection. Respondents
(a) received pseudonyms Bruna, Carla, Luiz, Lilian, Jessica, Fernando, Lana, Priscila, Arthur and Frida and present diversity in relation to gender and sexual orientation. The results indicate that, in the perception of the respondents, there is still stereotype and prejudice in some organizations.
