Résumé:
In the midst of a constantly changing and increasingly competitive labor market, business organizations are always on the lookout for individuals who make good use of their image and present skills that differentiate them from others by adding value to them. Personal Marketing
is an important tool for any professional, regardless of the area in which it operates. The objective of this research was to know the value attributed by the academics of the Administration Course of the CCJS-UFCG to their own personal marks based on the perceptions and strategies undertaken by them. This study was classified as an exploratory
research of descriptive nature, adopting the quantitative approach of data analysis. The data collection was done through the application of a questionnaire with enrolled and active academics in the Administration Course of CCJS-UFCG in the semester 2018.1. After the data were tabulated, an analysis and interpretation of the results was carried out, where it was
verified that the academics know the importance that personal marketing exercises in their careers, and how much knowledge in relation to the subject under study is necessary to work the image and personal and professional development, especially for those who are preparing
to enter the job market.
