The present work has for target to analyze in clear and objective way problematic it

accomplishment of the present scientific research, the methods had been adopted deductive
description-developed and. The work approaches a subject controverted, that affects diverse
areas of legal sciences. Such study one justifies in the problematic present time of, that it
involves the necessity of the recognition of the spirity religion as religion, equaling it it the
too much existing religious beliefs in our country. It is intended, with uncurling of this work,
elucidating fundamental slight knowledge of the marriage, to analyze principles that its legal
