Résumé:
The present study aims to evaluate and compare the level of intra-continent culture in a
sample of companies from the industrial sector located in the city of Sousa-PB. The
methodology used was able to determine the level of the intrapreneur culture in 3 (three)
possible classifications: little intrapreneur, moderately intrapreneur and intrapreneur. The
research is based on the indicators of Pinchot and Pellman (2004) and on the engagement of
other pairs. The instrument for determining the number of consecutive times was elaborated
by Hartman (2006). The research source is constituted by a culture composed of standards and
beliefs that define themselves as standards and behaviors of their employees. In this sense,
suggests that companies create a favorable environment that supports corporate
entrepreneurship. The results of the study reveal that, through the analysis of the sample with
the main companies in the sector, the intrapreneurial culture is still little disseminated among
its employees, since all were classified as moderately intrapreneur. Despite the same
classification for all companies, they differ among themselves in the scores obtained in the
evaluation of frequency of questions and indicators. Company A performed better, with
highest score in total, while company C had the lowest score, so it deserves greater care in its
management process. Companies B and D achieved total scores very close to each other.
