Resumen:
The scenario of high competitiveness in the face of globalization modifies the organizational
environment that seeks to meet the demands and shape itself to the market. These aspects
drive demands for more performance, leading to greater pressures and conflicts. The
psychodynamics of work, theory researched by Cristophe Dejours, exposes the relation of the
subject to the work in its struggle to overcome the adversities of the relations in the work
environment, in the attempt to transform the suffering into opportunities of pleasure. The
general objective of this research is to identify the aspects that the work the Center for Legal
and Social Sciences (CCJS) the act Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), acting in
the Center for Legal and Social Sciences (CCJS), is a triggering source of work
psychopathology focused on occupational stress. This is an exploratory and descriptive
research field, bibliographical and documentary, with a quantitative approach. The results
demonstrate that the respondents are satisfied with the organization and with the work
environment. Labor relations have not shown apparent conflicts that could cause problems for
the organization. As for the emotional state, most employees feel good about their work, they
do not show signs that the company would generate suffering, stress and / or pressure against
organizational needs. It is concluded that the organization is considered, in the perception of
employees, a good place to work
