Resumen:
The present research focuses on the right to education, analysing the Brazilian law of
inclusion of children with Autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). The goal is to generally
analyze the process of inclusion of these children with TEA on regular network of
teaching. Specifies: investigate the protection of person with disabilities in Brazil,
aiming at understanding the ASD; analyze the right to education and the prospects of
inclusive education in Brazil; and highlight the difficulties through the process of
inclusion. The methodology used for the construction of the work in question part of
different methods of approach, summarizes the qualitative and deductive,
bibliographical study, developed from the use of research and studies primarily of
bibliographies specialized and collected books, scientific papers, scientific journals,
as well as, the brazilian legislation pertaining to the treatment of the disabled person
and the right to education-emphasizing, the child with ASD. Therefore, corroborating
with the idea that the right to education is of the utmost importance to the promotion
of the person with the TEA, it is essential to the effective implementation of the
powers described in legal and professional investment aiming at a result optimizer.
