Résumé:
Amid the changes in social security that oscillate and impart instability, and the possibility of
guaranteeing a retirement, the emergence of open private pension as a safe option to invest.
Open private pension is an investment modality offered by financial institutions and supervised
by Supep, with free access for all individuals, both individuals and corporations. The objective
of this research was to describe and characterize the pension funds offered by the institution
surveyed, as well as to compare the income of the funds with performance indicators and
between them. This study was classified as a descriptive and documentary research, adopting
the qualitative approach of data analysis. Data collection was done through the exploitation of
data obtained from documentary analyzes (Monthly Newsletter and Regulation, from each
pension fund), online and personally with employees. After tabulation of data, the Fixed Income
funds in the analysis of the last 60 months stand out, and the Life Cycle funds in the last 36
months analysis in accumulated profitability.
