Résumé:
The present study aimed to study the process of digital inclusion in the basic
education of the city of Pereiro in Ceará. The study sought to better understand the
context of internet expansion and research about digital inclusion in Ceará. The
method adopted for this work alluded to a bibliographical, descriptive, documentary
and quantitative. The research prioritized numerical data showing the performance
and importance of Internet expansion in Brazil and the Digital Belt Project in the state
of Ceará. Thus, a field study was carried out, through the application of a
questionnaire with objective and subjective questions about the topic in question.
These tools have been used in order to build a work that evidences the reality of
Education from the use of digital technologies, which emerges as a fundamental
need in the contemporary scenario. The results revealed the progress in the
acquisition of the knowledge of students from the city of Pereiro – CE, after the
implementation of the internet service, with support still about their influence on the
educational process as a whole. The data presented evidenced the quality of
education and the teaching proposal adopted for digital inclusion. It is concluded,
therefore, that there is a need for the creation and implementation of public policies
of technological education, as well as the professional action in line with these,
privileging with this, the realization of the rights provided in the global legislations.
The reflections exposed by the subjects made it possible to consider that the current
inclusive policies have been satisfactory, yet still needs frequent measures to the
educator's action through the support of all sectors of society. Therefore, to move
towards a real digital inclusion, not utopian, focused on the care and promotion of the
subject in all aspects.
