Abstract

This research scientific possessing character brief, but not trifler, will try to demonstrate of organized form that exists solutions for reduction of impunity in the crimes of transit in Brazil. Through the exegetic-cool method, with use of codes, doctrines and articles it searchs to base and to emphasize the necessity of a urgent solution for celeuma on impunity in the transit crimes. Destarte, this scientific work will have as objective primordial the elaboration of a elucidative boarding necessity of solution for the violence in the transit. In front of this, we have in the first chapter the evolution that occurred in the transit since more remote times until the hodiernos days. After that, we have in as the chapter a bigger concern in telling through data a significant increase of the violence in the transit. In the last chapter it had the concern to bring the solution for the problematic one of the scientific research, where if it argues the possibility of the eventual deceit in the typical behaviors of practised homicide and assault and battery in the transit, as form to apply a penalty joust and to inhibit the conductors to practise crimes in the transit. Finally, it is observed that they exist considered that they reveal decisions favorable in what refers to the possibility of the application of the eventual deceit in the transit crimes.
