A violência e a exploração sexual contra crianças e adolescentes.

Abstract

This work presents aspects concerning the discussion on violence and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in Brazil. It uses the dialectic and deductive methods and literature search, wanted to bring to light the problem of sexual abuse suffered by Brazilian children and youth. It mapped out a report on the history of the Rights of the Child and Adolescent, seeing the passage of the agent less than eighteen years of the time it is treated by society without rights, only as "property of the fathers", then subject to rights of the century XX. Moves to the conceit from what is sexuality and also to characterize the child and adolescent to join the Direct study of sexual violence caused to them by adult offenders. There is then the confrontation between the visions of that violence, abuse and mistreatment, bringing the definition of each of these modalities for the consequent learning about violence intra and extra. After the study of sexual violence to enter the study of commercial sexual exploitation of minors, which are detailed its modalities, such as prostitution, pornography, sex tourism and trafficking for commercial purposes. With the effective understanding on these issues is brought to light the discussion on ways of combating and confronting violence and sexual exploitation, which sees the state coercion, through criminal enforcement action, the actions of social awareness and policies to confront the problem . It is, finally, that violence and sexual exploitation of minors, when combated effectively, produce a fairer country, however, we need the cooperation of society, mainly the State and the Family.
