Résumé:
The completion of course work is designed to make an approach on the
psychological aspects, normative and legal acts related to that leads to the practice
of pedophilia on the Internet. The analysis is directed to the main points of spread of
crime in the virtual environment but also to study the aggression of pedophiles and
approach their victims and the physical and psychological squealed caused by this
type of lewd act. There was necessary to develop an analysis of the effectiveness
and existence of laws regarding the matter, both returned to the Criminal Law and
Constitutional, as the study of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent. It also made
an appraisal of the means of repression this form of crime in the virtual environment.
Both in the case of legislative (CPMI - Joint Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry, draft
law) as attitudes from the society itself (complaints). Thus, revealing the sexual
exploitation of children and adolescents over the internet. For Research
Development took up the methods and evolutionary history-exegetic-legal, where
they are exposed to pedophilia in the historical development of human civilizations
and use of standards related to the theme. And the trick was used to search
inductive, seeking to add an understanding of pedophilia as a disease, sexuality and
the family, individual and corporate structure. The choice of this theme is intended to
show the world that big spread child pornography on the Internet has achieved in
actuality, one of the unlawful acts more difficult to punish the guilty, the issue is so
complex that it is urgently necessary for a solution and the repression that lewd act
that is today a reality experienced in society.
