Resumo:
Brazilian education is going through a precarious phase and why not say chaotic, having seen the disregard with which our leaders treat it. We know, therefore, that in a country where the people are not educated, their development becomes difficult and slow, that is why we, as educators, cannot be oblivious to everything, we need to move, denounce mistakes, point out the culprits and above all, try to do something to change the current education system. In the school where I worked, the situation is not very different, especially with regard to the updating of knowledge on the part of the teaching staff, affecting even more the lack arising from the teaching-learning process. As a work proposal, I found it necessary to meet the basic needs of teachers in Communication and Expression, therefore, work through study session, fixed reading, specifically in pre-school literacy aimed at improving the pedagogical orientation to be developed according to the needs of the student, thus adapting the tasks to the intended objective. In this way, the work took on an effort to convey a socio-cultural and educational reality experienced by us.
