Resumo:
In view of the problems faced by teaching legal is that this theme was chosen to be
the subject of study: Current Crisis of Legal Education. As you know, society has
been affected directly by reason of the disqualification of applicators of the law, either
by the indiscriminate opening of hundreds of colleges legal, technical education is
taught in the academies, keeping the unemployment of bachelors for many reasons
which also involves the crisis even as a consequence. Therefore, the work is
concerned to show the current state of legal education, studying the same subject
historically, discussing the practical problems, analyzing the difficulties of graduates
in this system in crisis to occur in the labor market, combining the debate with
controversy regarding the examination of Order and its possible unconstitutional. At
the end proposes solutions, in fact elements for a new pedagogy in legal academies.
Two high points in this company, one is the discussion around the legal technicality
in education and the other is when it examines the problem of so feared examination
of the OAB. The first involves a debate assiduous and controversial questions that
the methods current applied in the country apart from colleges. In the second, the
deepening is more practical, statistically, since the exam is alarming disapproval fact,
a result of the first point above. However, in that last debate, there is something
renovator to legally challenge the constitutionality of this proof of access to lawyers.
