Resumo:
This study aims to detect the student satisfaction in relation to the physical
structure of the Academic Department of Physics, Center for Science and
Technology, Federal University of Campina Grande, through a sample of 53
students who answered a questionnaire consisting of 18 questions. The data
were analyzed and identified the dimensions of quality that exceed customer
expectations / student and the services that are flawed, and that could be
improved. Based on the analysis of the results, we find that the method
adopted was able to determine which variables were seen by students as
crucial in the perception of quality of services provided by staff of the AU's
Physics UFCG. The results show that confidence among others, image,
punctuality, speed, physical facilities, promptness in attendance are sought by
students and factors that must be taken into account by the management unit
in order to improve care.
