Resumo:
The present study deals with a school planning proposal, carried out with the teachers of the Municipal School of 1st Degree São Jose in the city of Cajazeiras PB. This proposal arose from a common question asked during the course of Pedagogy, mainly by students who did not exercise the teaching profession: "Planning for what?"
Trying to answer it, we seek the support of the teachers of the aforementioned school, who at first were somewhat closed, despite being very welcoming. Only after a few contacts and who felt more comfortable talking about their needs and desires. This proposal is characterized as a process of discussion about school planning and, as such, it will be open to questioning, and therefore cannot be presented as a ready proposal. These are just some thoughts about
of this much needed theme in the day-to-day of the school. In these accounts that we had with the teachers, we tried to capture through their speeches and attitudes the everyday of their pedagogical practice, which we will start to make some comments in an attempt to reflect their questions that goes through the school.
