Resumo:
Personnel management focuses on the participation, training, involvement and
development of employees, resulting in positive results for the company. In order to do
so, organizations need to seek effective tools and methods that help control and monitor
the performance of their employees, in order to contribute to effective management
through motivational attitudes that generate commitment and professional growth. In this
sense, this research had as objective to investigate how the practices of people
management are applied in the beverage distributors (factory resellers) regarding the
training of employees. The bibliographic and descriptive method was used, with a
qualitative approach. A field study was carried out through an interview through a form
that verified the level of awareness of the Human Resources (HR) team regarding the
importance of the training of its collaborator. In view of the above, it can be stated that
Company A performs in a detailed and specific manner all the six dimensions mentioned
in this study in its strategic management of people. However, Company B is
unsatisfactory in its strategic actions in people management, since in many questions it
was not possible to identify the methods used by it in the search for the development of
its team. It is in this sense that we recognize the relevance of developing communication
strategies as well as seek a continuous development of our team, so that they can use
the potential of each one of them more effectively, providing the development and
satisfaction of each other in a reciprocal way. related parties.
