Abstract

The present Monograph of conclusion of course of specialization in civil procedural law deals with the possibility of recovery for pain and suffering in the established conjugal dissolution of the corporation in the marriage, specifically in the based litigious judicial separation in the in addition having conjugal for the other spouse. Thus, in the first chapter we speak on some aspects of the necessary Family law to the agreement of the subject, in as the chapter we some aspects of the civil liability and to the pain and suffering, and, finally, in the last chapter, we specifically deal with the heading of this work, or either, of the possibility of the innocent spouse in the contentious separation to ask for repairing for pain and suffering in face of the guilty spouse, beyond some related legal aspects. For the achievement of the research diverse doctrines had been used, published in sites and related scientific articles to the subject, rules of law and jurisprudences of the most diverse Courts of Justice of the country.
