Resumo:
Educational supervision in the traditional way has been exercised, has been a strong ally of the Federal and State governments, for the length of its political-educational purposes, which justifies its introduction in the middle of public schools. The transformation that is taking place in Brazilian society and education, educational supervision in particular, seeks its action and reflection, reviewing its pedagogical practice, relocating the axis of its individual action to the collective, the social and the global, when dealing with the issue teaching-learning so that it can contribute effectively to transformative educational work.
